Broken/Faulty/Damaged Items: Things happen and we always want to make sure you are happy with your order. If an item arrives broken/faulty/damaged please contact us within 48 hours via email at luckycatsmokeshoponline@gmail.com . Please include your order number, email address and shipping information and we will send you a call tag to return the items. Once we receive the items we will replace them or issue store credit.
